HELLO!

My name is Pat (Patricia) Beaudoin, and my office is located at 25 Main Street, Suite 212, in Northampton, MA 01060.

I am a graduate of The Massage School in Easthampton, MA.  I also studied massage therapy at the Integrative Therapy School in Sacramento, CA.  My combined experience in practice is 12 years.  I am currently a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Massachusetts.

My work is primarily a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.  I specialize in helping you relax, unwind, and renew.  Massage therapy is an important part of any self care plan.  The benefits of regular massage are numerous, and may include relaxation, stress reduction, increased energy and alertness, a greater sense of wellbeing, pain relief, improved circulation and better sleep.

I am a body positive, trauma informed therapist.  Massage therapy can be a very useful and healing tool. My office is a safe space!
